Email signature builder

Fill in your details and build your signature. Blank fields are left out. Only your name is required.

Add it to Gmail

1. Click Copy signature. If nothing copies, click inside the signature above, press Ctrl+A (Mac: ⌘+A), then Ctrl+C (⌘+C).
2. In Gmail, click the gear icon, then See all settings. Stay on the General tab and scroll to Signature.
3. Click Create new, give it a name, and paste into the box.
4. Under Signature defaults, pick it for new emails and for replies/forwards.
5. To remove the "--" line Gmail adds above your signature, check the box under Signature defaults that inserts the signature before quoted text and removes the "--" line.
6. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes. The logo can look broken in settings but shows up in new emails.
